I love how Anthony describes these experiences. At the start of the video when he describes the Batroun region, he talks about how much he enjoys visiting it, how full of life it is & how not waking up early every day is the worst mistake we could possibly make as we miss out on so much of this beautiful life & the beautiful, hard-working, loving people in it. To quote Anthony’s words: “You can smell the scent of life in Batroun”. You taste it as well as we clearly see with all those mouthwatering spreads Anthony shows us in this heart-warming video. Love it & elated I’ll be going back to visit really soon! ❤️ Have to agree with every word of the wonderful gentleman baker (we meet from 10 minutes in this video), owner of Merchek bakery in Batroun, as he insists again & again on how Lebanese everywhere need to thank Anthony every day for promoting this Lebanon to the world. That baker is all heart. ❤️

how you can eat all this and don't get extra kilos what is your program, because from my side if I think I need to eat one shawarma or cheeseburger I gain 1 or 2 kilos more without eating only thinking about it.
