I guess this video has been edited since your comment because there's no more Clash City Rockers and the guy at 7:41 is obviously Joe Strummer but there's a guy now at 3:44 who looks a bit like Robert Smith but I'm pretty sure it's Ray Gange of Rude Boy fame.

Love these original broadcasts. Amazed at the high quality of this, which must be from a 40 year video tape.... Btw. they pulled the pistols pretty quick. before i saw it. Was that another original broadcast?

Yes the Sex Pistols video was also an original broadcast, Pretty Vacant on Top Of The Pops. Nothing really rare about it other than the presenter Kid Jensen is seen speaking about the previous band, then introduces the Sex Pistols, then he is seen again at the end commenting on the Pistols and introducing Kenny Rogers. Again it was taken from aa 41 year old video tape.
