I bought the MicroX because I saw the video of Paolo demoing it years and years ago. Its a really good synth! Its basically an entire Korg Triton workstation jammed in the little unit. I use it al the time and never run out of things I can use it for. One of the best pieces of gear I own.

This is like early 90s Trance, before it went to shit. If you remove the bass chord progressions and added more squiggly synths, it becomes Psy! I'm impressed that all that came from this little box. That's what I would love to do: Play live shows with a lil box like that, just jamming away with layers and progressions and knobs. I feel bad that as a Roman historian I understand classical Latin better than modern Italian, but I like seeing where the root forms of words came from and how they evolved. That is interesting. But what's with all the Italian food stereotypes? You could've used more conventional stereotypes like "Where's my money, Vinny?" and "F*** you, pay me."

The italian attention for food stereotype is probably the only stereotype which is valid accross the whole country. In the Usa (and probably accross the world) the typical Italian stereotype is the southern italian type of person, which does not represent the country really. Also, the foods written by Paolo in this video are from northern Italy, no pizza, mozzarella etc etc

Speaking of italian, after watching a bunch of Gioli&Assia videos set all around sicily in the most awesome scenery, i want to make ambient videos there too. Lol, i know much more about sicily from looking up their locations on the map: Isola del femme, the andromeda theater, several active volcanos, palermo. i think they should do a video at isola bella. (G&A do what i would call "live remixing" and wow are they magical)

mine has problem on the part to plug the power cable... this machine is amazing but the plastic is so shit .... they ask me 80euros to repair it no way .... i can use it like this i ll try to repair it by myself ... power connexion is easy to be broken, BEWARE ....
