I don't think it had anything to do with honor. He decided not to say anything at the moment because he knows he can use the incident as leverage or blackmail to get Anakin to do what he wants. Considering he also now knows that Anakin and Padme are an item; marriage not being relevant. He knows that if Anakin interferes with him, he can do one of three things: expose his relationship to the Jedi Council which would lead to expulsion, tell the authorities about beating Clovis up thus creating a diplomatic incident between the Senate and the Jedi, or do both.

I think this scene parallels with Anakin's arc in Revenge of the Sith pretty perfectly. At first, he sees Clovis trying to force himself onto Padme. Justifyingly enraged by this, he starts beating him up. He's just tryna protect his wife... for now. Like how he was trying to save Padme from her supposed death in ROTS, a justifiable and good cause. Then she begs him to stop, he doesn't. He completely ignores her, even saying "You don't have a say in this" at 1:11 , similar to how he doesn't truly consider what her say is in the matter of her own death, before deciding to do the horrible things he did in his effort to prevent her death, and also doesn't consider if she would be ok with him doing all such despicable things for the sake of not losing her. Then, his jealousy starts to take over him as he goes from kicking his ass to trying to outright kill Clovis, similar to how his effort to save Padme ends with his anger, Paranoia and lust for power and control taking over him to the point where he nearly killed Padme himself. This time he realizes what he's doing, finally stops after hearing Padme beg a thousand times. The next time however... he doesn't.

I feel more parallels with the Tusken Massacre in AOTC. I personally never saw Anakin as a jealous man whatsoever. He sees the one he loves most potentially in more serious danger, and acts swiftly to prevent it. However, even when the threat was dealt with, he was too enraged to stop. He could have stopped when there was no threat, like his training said, but he didn't. He was overcome with anger, which slowly fades into regret.
