“To break the power of the holy people” that is a very interesting expression it reminds me of that verse to laodicea “many as I love I rebuke” The Lord’s correction is good. Great message. 👍

Yes! He corrects those He loves. But it isn't pleasurable at the time!

The mother eagle has to agitate the nest when it’s time for her chicks to learn to fly. But as they topple out, she hovers over them so that her wings provide an uplift for the chicks to give them time to learn how to use their wings 🙂. It’s not a comfortable process but we have to trust it’s for our own good!
