How did this ad get greenlit? Lmao. The result for the most gorgeous woman in the world is exactly what the majority of people picture as the peak of beauty, and nor is it unrealistic, there are hundreds of people in city centres who look like that. This whole ad is basically saying lets marginalise actual attractive people and teach AI that real attraction is unhealthy and overweight. I encourage Dove to go to young girls who look like the pretty blonde girl in this video and tell them why they aren't really beautiful, discrimination at its finest.

This ad is just straight up lying to people. You can feel as beautiful as you like, but being actually beautiful is a whole other thing. Obese, facial disfigurements, skin abnormalities are not beautiful. Sure the people who have them might be the most beautiful people as being a good person beautiful, but visually no, they are not.

@@laladeity2196 Sure, she is attractive and possibly very beautiful I would say that the girl shown shouldn't be insecure.. But the key difference is the use of the words "Most" or "Perfect" which requires the resulting image needing to be the best of the best. So no, obese, skin conditions, disfigurements should not appear in the best of the best results, and thus Dove is lying when it says they should as they shouldn't. You shouldn't be told that you are visually "The most" beautiful when you are not, or that you have "Perfect" features when you do not, people need to return to reality and be told that they are what they are. Sure they might look beautiful or attractive in their own right and shouldn't be insecure about themselves.. But by no means does that mean they should appear in the top results unless they are the "Most" or "Perfect", no. Also, have you seen some of the people in the world, the AI results that you're suggesting are unrealistic are in fact very realistic and people actually look like that. It's like people complaining that the cover girl for GTAV was unrealistic when it was in fact basically 1:1 of an actual real person, but people got butt-hurt because it was a real person and they didn't look like that themselves, almost like if they can't look like that no-one else should. People need to just grow thicker skin these days and stop being pandered to, if you're ugly or unconventional, own it, make it work for you, stop being a little whining sod.
