On the bright side, given that you're able to train despite your hectic work schedule, you'll likely be able to find time to train at any juncture in the future.

Heya, long-time watcher here. Can you do a quick video on your current gym setup, particularly the platform your squat rack is on, and other considerations you made in turning your garage into a gym? I've made the decision to do that for part of my garage. Any advice or information you can provide would be great. Thank you!

My bench responded well to higher volume (achieved with more total reps per set). What does your training look like in a typical week for bench press?

probably around 50+ reps of regular bench and about 25-50+ reps of bench accessories like CGBP, incline BP and dips

Did you do the insulation yourself?

yessir...attic was a royal PITA b/c there was plywood over most of the joists so i had to fish the insulation in underneath the plywood. Garage door wasn't too bad...only took about an hour.

honestly I think u should take a break from squatting that has helped me out a lot. Also stopped benching(bothered my back) and do dips instead. hope u get better mate
