The Comfort Zone Is Made Up

We talk about getting out of the comfort zone easy by seeing that we give it meaning as in just to say “get out of your comfort zone” made me feel very uncomfortable and I really,really did not want to go to the uncomfortable zone (ha ha) as really this is why it feels so hard to leave “the comfort zone” as we are also saying without words that it wont feel good to leave and enter into something thats not so good and hard do, who really wants to do that, so what helped me was dropping the made up “comfort zone” to something better.Look to what language you use and the feeling it gives you, if it doesnt feel good,change it, I see this with peple who want to lose weight, just take in that sentence, is it appealing ? No, why? Because its saying you’re going to lose something, its so simple we miss it 🤗
