0:59 I see people repeat this constantly but it sounds impossible. Literally impossible to react to blue lines. They appear for only a few frames

I know exactly what you're talking about, and I've noticed it depends on the move. Up air is too fast to react to the blue di lines, also cross is too fast as well. In these cases its just easier to follow the smoke di trail, it works almost as well. If you're trying to follow the blue di lines, there's some moves with so much hit lag that its actually easy to do, like for axe.

If it's difficult to react to the lines, just react to the smoke effects as the character is travelling
