I have come to realize the CTR:NF and Crash 4 can't really occur in the same timeline since Cortex and N. Tropy would have escaped from their time prison twice if both games had happened. So let's just pretend that I mentioned another split after the N. Sane Trilogy where each game happened in their own timelines.

They can occur, just not right next to each other. Or Crash 4 needs to be after CTRNF.

Cortex could easily be covering up that his parents were clowns, it seems very “cortex like”. Plus Crash on the Run mentions cortex and the clown thing. So it’s still relevant, and I could be wrong, but I THINK the Crash Bandicoot Files 2018 mentions it but idk.

Thus the theory that Toys for Bob saying all games in the original timeline, gba timeline, outside of time like Crash Bash, Crash nitro kart, the Titans universe and the new timeline, aka the reboot universe is canon in different timelines

Why can't Crash of the Titans be apart of the prime timeline, Tiny refrences himself not being in Tag Team, also, why can't the Prime timeline be split in 2, one where WOC happens, and another where 4 happens, maybe the castle is owned by a relative

Probably best to ignore this video in my opinion there’s three timelines in Crash universe original timeline, new timeline and Tawnaverse. In Tawnaverse Crash and Coco were killed by female N. Trophy and Tawna makes her way over to new timeline. Original timeline is original games with 99x, CTR, Bash, Wrath of Cortex, Twinsanity, Fusion, XS, N-Tranced, CNK, Boom Bang, Tag Team Racing, Titans, Mind Over Mutant, Nitro Kart 3D, Nitro Kart 2, Thumpin Wumpa Islands and Crash On the Run. New timeline is N. Sane Trilogy, Its About Time and CTRNF and Grand Prixs.

In my opinion, this is how I see the timeline: Original Timeline: Crash Bandicoot Crash Bandicoot 2 Cortex Strikes Back Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped Crash Team Racing Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex Crash Twinsanity Crash Tag Team Racing New Timeline: Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s about time Tawna’s timeline (Alternate Timeline) Alternate universe: Crash of the Titans Crash Mind Over Mutant

The Titans games may be canon in the Twinsanity time line, the art style and gameplay is irrelevant. Someone also said that Mojo changed the characters but idk. The intro is irrelevant because it wasn’t intended to show an exact depiction on how the events happened. Uka Uka literally says in Titans, “Crash, do you remember the Evolvo Ray?” Clearly he was created in the same way as he was in the originals, with the Evolvo Ray, NOT a Ray gun like the intro of Titans showed.

Also how is team racing after warped? Cortex and Uka Uka as well as n trophy are trapped in that place we see at the end of warped, which they are free’d from in Crash 4 it’s about time. But in Crash teams racing cortex is still around in the intro.

I’d say Crash 4 right after Warped, but otherwise that is a decent timeline.

Good timeline makes sense though in new timeline I think CTRNF should take place after Crash 4 as Oxide appears in that game and there’s loads of Easter eggs to CTRNF in that game and bonus content could easily be floating canon that happens in new timeline in far future.

That could be another explanation that could cover the mistake I made concerning CTR:NF and Crash 4's placement. It would just be little weird that there would be nothing from Crash 4 in CTR:NF in a in-universe chronological viewpoint (obviously in the real world, there's no Crash 4 content cause the game came out later). In regards to the bonus content idea, that's actually a really good idea that I wish I included in the video. Thanks for watching!

Cortex is frozen at the end of WOC and unfrozen at the start of Twinsanity, so unless he somehow got refrozen between games, Cortex can't be unfrozen and racing in CNK unless it take place in a different timeline where he wasn't frozen to begin with.

@@RoyalBlueXIII do you like the idea that Crash Bash takes place before Crash 1? Uka Uka and Aku Aku take people from the future and into their game. Uka Uka fails, and is trapped and sealed away, which he breaks free of in Crash 3.

I like the new time line as it makes everything simple. The remaster of the first three games, then crash four. I think nitro fuel should be after crash four since that title brings a lot of hints towards nitro fuel. However I can not wait to see what crash five will bring since it recon everything else after crash team racing. In my opinion everything after naughty dog crash was just terrible / mediocre at best. Crash four did the franchise justice and a proper sequel to crash three. The title is a play on words meaning that, "It is about time crash gets a "True Sequel" to crash three ending" which is why it has a number instead of just a tag line / slogan. Plus yes the title is also about time travel and dimension hoping etc etc.

Totally valid. I love the Crash 4 redesigns, but it's cool if other people don't/prefer other designs. The N Sane designs are still high up on my list of favorites though.

so the timeline is just the release order? 🤔 kay.. for me the easiest explanation is: wrath of cortex happens after the any% ending of warped, and crash 4 follows the 100% ending. cuz sorry 'they somehow managed to escape their imprisonment within space and time isn't a good explanation.

Actually the titans games are still canon to the prime timeline, but the subordinate games and spinoffs can be canon, just taking place after Twinsanity.
