After the area, you would figure out the tube dimensions, how would you go about that decision?

There are two ways, either you have a set of constraints that you must adhere to, i.e. there is a maximum size of the unit and therefore the sizing is constrained. On the other hand if you have flexibility, you can decide using the heat transfer duty and heat transfer area on the size that meets this requirement. Alternatively, you can vary the construction material, and this will either increase or decrease the size depending upon the thermal conductivity. I hope this helps, thanks for watching!
