Thanks for this video. I think the problem is non-exp share players do not know that they have to be 1 basic attack near the wild pokemon that’s being taken by the exp-share holder or better yet, both of you hitting it together. As a support/defender main using exp-share, the most common mistake I experience is non-exp share players skipping the 1st/2nd or both wild pokemons at the start of the game and rushing to the 2x right beside each other.

I always play Exp Share in Bot Lane, It's gotten to the point where I've forgotten how to farm Top and kinda wish you could call lane befor you pick a Pokémon. Level 4 and 6 are what I aim for by first set of Birds and Regi Spawn, That's also generarly where I hit power spikes making it easier to take contested. This video did give me more understanding of breaking goals, I think Top should be broken befor first Regi as Eleki is much more threatening going into tier 2 (Even if Bottom Regis should be prioritized in 90% of games), I didn't really know the appropriate time on Bottom as there are games where I break it befor Regi just to take away Flux and Berries during the fight. If possible break Top at 7:30, Otherwise wait til 5:00. Break Bottom at 5:00 befor 2nd Regi to avoid catch up exp.

as a person who plays lane and usually a tank like trev a lot sadly, i understand that this videos are informative, but i think a more practical guide on leveling up and what path to take would be a better way to explain. if you need the people to help you with that maybe a discord would help. i have to say i want to see the entire video but so much numbers can be confusing and "unattractive" to the video itself and people would want to leave.

The only two things that truly matters in this game in its current state is Rayquaza shield and correct item builds and even correct item builds fall short to the shield. Everything else is just minor or unimportant. Its why I quit playing. The gameplay no longer is a good selling point when everything else about the game sucks.

The reason I don't like this is because that means 2 or 3 players gotta carry and I only use exp share when I use a healing support since they do little damage and struggle to last hit to secure exp and better to focus on just keeping your ally alive and boosting their attacks and trying to keep them from being hindered

Exp Share is so strong. It's important on defenders too. You already have increased damage to wild Pokemon as Defender and Support, so you don't need a third damage item to secure objectives.

Your videos are helpful and I'm hoping for advice. I often use Defenders, my DuoQ partner uses Supporters, and we both use Exp Share. Ideally we would go on separate lanes and provide exp for our lanemate (2 top 1 jungle 2 bottom). In most matches however one of us is left alone while the other has two allies (maybe even one since the other teammate is stealing the jungler's exp lol). How should we adjust when the exp share holder is on their lane alone? Thanks🥺

Defs don't use double exp share in lane. Best for the defender to take off and try to carry if you have a Def/Support lane.

You should 100% lane together instead. That's what my Duo and I do. We take turns playing a carry role depending on how we're feeling about the next game. If your random teammates don't pick any tanks or support, pick tank. If they pick a Tank, pick a second tank or support. Just never two supports lol. But by Laning together, you can coordinate last hits as well as stealing contested farm. You're going to struggle as a Support and Defender if your winrates are high, because matchmaking will usually put you with lower winrate players on a carry Pokemon.

This video provides 0 value in reality cause match making will NEVER EVER give you that player knows how to do any of these things. I can not tell you how many times I have dominated the lane for my team after going to the bot lane for the first round, then, they never show up to the 8:00 mark exp, so I always end up fighting 3 of them, half of the time, I die, so give them lots of exp. Other times, before I even show up to the lane, they already got crushed. And im telling you, I jungle fast, very very fast, I time everything between moves, basics, boosted, and the effects given from items like razor claw, I finish jungle in like 41-47 seconds depends on which pokemon i use, even that, sometimes my lane already got shit on when I showed up. its fucking ridiculous how shit these players are.

@@skyracerz5074 Bro. What are you on about? If your teammate is only taking neutral farm they're still going to get more from exp share even on the way to lane. Even if they don't follow you to steal farm, it isn't the end of the world as long as you still help them farm neutrals.
