If you are tier 3 join a small based service based company they ask bond for min 3 years work hard and join product based company If you are intelligent write Gate and go to good IIT college and you will be recruited in good product based company

Yes you can. But you have to struggle a lot. Join start up or very small company. Get 2 year experience there then you can apply for product company.
