Another fascinating and Brilliant offering. Much of my life has been an attempt, intuitively and otherwise, to reconcile Art and Religion. Raised Lutheran, I left the Church to throw myself into the Theatre. Had some success, but found myself bereft of soul and left LA in 98. Slowly wound myself back to my faith. Now at 65, I write plays and poetry; work with kids and sing in choir at Messiah Lutheran in St. Louis. Deep diving Hölderlin, Eckhart and Gerard Manley Hopkins lately...life is GOOD!!!
