criticizing her for supporting black pink because they are a Korean group is really ridiculous "she needs to follow national classes"?! What´s wrong with those people? Sometimes I think Asian fans are really extreme to the point that I think they are all brainwashed

But she isn't so innocent either. There was also speculation that she attempt to ruin Yang Yang's career too. After she dating Yang Yang's old manager. His manager didn't do any PR to help Yang Yang at all. And continue to let media drag Yang Yang for nearly a year. And many people believe it was Angelababy who step in to prevent Yang Yang's team to help him clear his name. This was also reason why Yang Yang immediately leave this agency.

@@austinjt4264even if this was true.. Wouldn't it be the fault of the manager for letting his personal life interfere with his job for Yang Yang? Like is he not a grown man responsible for his actions? Like i said even if it's true, which it probably is not because people just hate her to hate her, it would be up to the manager to actually go through with it?

Well, apparently chiness government restricted anything hallyu (korean wave). Angela wasn't the only one who got the blacklash, there was several chiness celebrities attended the concert too. Chiness entertainment is a whole new insane, the government restrict this and that and the netizen as a whole just love being bitter to anything. But I have to agree about the acting part tho. She's not good at it. Other celebrities such as Yang Mi and Yang Yang get critized for their acting despite being seniors in the industry.

To save you time she's had plastic surgery, it's too obvious. She has zero acting talent, she achieved her status by her sole looks. That is not horrible but she's made filmmakers lose money just because she missed filming by being somewhere else shooting commercials or modeling.

Well some people want it "all natural", or just plain jealousy. But Some content creator of certain countries just has too much time in their hands and some watch to earn that without basis and piecing together certain photos and videos without even showing the face create controversy to certain actors / actresses. This should be called into for bullying and even though they are celebrities for public...they also have their public life....as if these people who criticize are living "clean" and honorable lives...btw...not her fan but have been seeing this happen a lot.

Calling her a bad mom because she's not a heliopter parent, forcing her to verify she's had no plastic surgery (who gives a f it's her face), only donating 150K (it was kind of her to donate AT ALL), her father apparently has indian descent (yeah, so?). Some people have too much time on their hand instead of living their life they hating on other people, but I don’t consider that hate if you hate someone you don’t want to see that person but if you are jealous of someone, that’s a big difference they are the first thing you think of in the morning and the last at night that’s something very different. Go read a book. Go see a movie get a date leave those people alone you don’t pay their rent. You don’t pay the bills you don’t pay nothing leave them alone.

People dislikes her just simply because she is super unprofessional with her acting ( image matting queen) and claims that she made all the success by herself (apparently not, it was all because of Huang’s connections). Oh by the way, when she stated dating with Huang, who still had a girlfriend back then, and she texted Huang “I want a boyfriend, not a sex partner”. 😂

4:47 you can tell her jaw is shaved. her jaw is very much V shaped while she has some fat under. I`m not hating on her but she for sure has gotten surgery at least in this clip. A normal jaw wouldn`t be looking pointy like this if the person gained weight.

She is a quarter German so it made some of her face features non standard to a typical Chinese so that’s why they accuse her of plastic surgery. Chinese are obsessed with mixed ethnicity because westernized face features are considered beautiful.

True. Not just westernized facial features,but the beauty standard of Caucasians is what they find the most appealing. They see no flaws in this logic. To place another race on a pedestal, as a God, over your own. Asians are beautiful people. I love the shape of their natural eyes and the darkness of their natural hair. Their cultures are bright and colorful. It's a shame they think being POWDERED WHITE, underweight and big eyed makes them beautiful. It really is a shame

People need to get their facts checked, this video is misinformation. She isn’t getting canceled because she went to some stupid Kpop concert or is supporting a Kpop band. That isn’t the main point and never was the reason of her cancellation since Chinese netizens also likes Kpop just like the rest of the world, you don’t have to alienate them. But, it’s because she violated the one of the new 15 rules of the Chinese entertainment industry, which prohibits celebrities from organizing, engaging, and promoting sexual and adult content. With all the drama that was happening in the Chinese entertainment industry at the time, and the number of celebrities getting canceled for violations of these rules and even law depending on the celebrities (st, sa, pedo, etc.) she was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time, so it rubbed a lot of fans the wrong way with her decision, that why she is being canceled by netizens and the entertainment industry. .-.

i don’t care what she does in her personal life. i only care about whether a chinese series is good or not. i like her cause she is pretty ( surgery or not). but for the love of god, the lady can NOT act. i have been able to finish any series she’d stared in, even if i wanted to keep watching for the other actors/actresses i like.

Neither of us actually know her personally! 🤭 It's really hard to manage and live our best lives. We're all trying to give our very best daily, setting meaningful goals and working towards them, caring and spending time with our loved ones whilst taking care of our own wellbeing and helping others do the same. I believe Angelababy and all of us are out here trying to do the same but naturally make many mistakes along the way. But we all can try to live a meaningful life. Don't judge yourselves or others, 'cuz it limits our and other people's freedom to change. Don't give up, I believe in all of us! Much love from Italy♡

Really....... I'm rather perplexed by the ideology mindset of China Patriotic Nationalists, why they been so "busy" with someone else lifestyle while you yourself fail to show the simple gesture of moral etiquette of China Culture thousand years ago that worth the praise and respect from other countries? The amusing endless controversies or which I prefer to called as dilemma made by China out of simple need of controlling someone and upholding their pride yet you don't see them trying to make too much comments on Teresa Teng (鄧麗君) or Anita Mui (梅艷芳) in a way. As to the matter of plastic surgery, most people does it and it's a personal choice that doesn't require the approval from anyone and they would rather have her waste the money in proving that she didn't do so than to asking her to spend the money on donation, doesn't that sound like a hypocrite demand? And just because someone took a picture of her assistant helping her to put on her sock or shoe, everyone wanted to go "Hyena" on her. Please, majority actors, actresses and singers around the world especially in Hollywood are visibly help by their assistants in many ways and they don't need to explain to anyone as some are willing to so because its part of their job and its not as she's asking them to lick their toe. As for the 105K donation to the Huinan flood relief effort, all people across the world knows how notoriously famous is China government come to handle the financial and food donations given to the victims are literally confiscated by them under the quote of the need to reshuffle and distribute the overall donations equally to the people that eventually turn into products to be sold instead of given. The constant demands of the people, where are those with awareness or have they forgotten Coco Lee (李玟) in which she was force to commit suicide due to various reason that they are afraid to disclose? I live by name quotes in life but the best came from one of the many cutest creatures in the world in Disney and that's Timon from Lion King, which is "Hakuna Matata!" that translate to "no worries for the rest of your days," and "What do you do when the world turns its back on you, you turn your back on the world”. Where simply putting it, if they got a problem then that's their problem, don't go shoveling it to others while you can't even solve your problem in the first place.

I have to clarify, people hate AB for her dishonesty. (1) She lied that she didn't do plastic surgeries. It was unethical to find a hospital to disseminate falseful information about the authenticity of her looks. (2) She lied about her ethnicity. Her father is an Indian (Not German). Her last name in passport is Yenug (Instead of Yeung). Yenugonda is a village in India, with the tribe having last name Yenug. Her father was an Indian, worked in German and Shanghai. Personally, I would embrace a celebrity if she is authentic about herself. Using a false image to gain popularity would set a wrong example when people blindly follow.

Most of those controversies are just plain ridiculous. The one thing that was true is that she’s a horrible actor. I remember seeing her in “The General & I” and thinking it stunk because of her wooden face.
