Even permitting survey is a violation of the act, no where else do we see that surveys are conducted to find religious character of another religion's place of worship. Moreover these petitions go against FR article 26. Even if we leave all these laws, it is a basic sense to not to disturb another religion's place of worship.

Scratching the wound won't let it heal.. There's more to be done and addressed for the upliftment of downtrodden and marginalized society.. New Mandir or Majid can be constructed anywhere.
