WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER CHEATING? Can you cheat if you've never touched the other person? Is physical cheating the same as emotional cheating? What is emotional infidelity? Can you date more than one person at a time without it being considered cheating?
Join the conversation and let's discuss! Leave your thoughts in the comments and let us know what you think.

What kind of relationships are we discussing now? Is this B.C. or A.D. (Being Born Again)? What happened to the scenario of abstaining sex until married? Fornication is still a factor even if the relationship is set towards marriage.

I think it depends on the person. It could be attributed to age, levels of dating experience etc. But for me, I prefer a Male who makes his intentions clear, such as, laying out his spiritual goals and reason he approached me in the first place. A "timeline" boundary is good for purity purposes. By the six month mark, if he is unsure about me and I about him, we can move on, no hard feelings. In addition, it's good for women to have standards written out while single. That way, we'll be reminded of what we're looking for when tempted to settle or be used.

i think if you are dating you should stick to one person at a time otherwise you might ened up comparing ppl or (& here goes that 80-20 rule again) what one person lacks u may find in another so u will keep both around to satisfy your needs all the while forgetting that you need to grow / change/ adapt

If you are a person who is casually dating multiple people, my question becomes what are your intentions? Because if the intent is to get-to-know someone for the sake of long-term commitment in marriage, do you really have the capacity to give 100% of yourself to each individual? And even if you do, are you a Christian? Because if so, regardless of the fact that your feelings may or may not be an issue, you are still arousing the love and affections of someone else prematurely and that’s not biblical.

I think words matter and how we define them is where the breakdown often occurs

I agree with jenn 😭 And her faces are taking me out 😂😂😂🤣🤣 she’s looking like “why are we over complicating dating? Dating... is going on dates.” 😂😂😂

I think we often confuse romance with intimacy. Romance is before intimacy and starts as a casual thing 🗣. Romance begins with the little small tiny interesting things that anyone can do. It grows to a level of intimacy when you get to know a person. But before then, Romance is consistent small, simple, interesting gestures ( normally based educated guesses about the woman or man or women and men in general). Romance can be spread. Intimacy is meant for one on one!

Cheating to me is doing something you know you wouldn't do in front of your bf/gf/spouse. 32:12 agreed. In a way, dating is exclusivity.
