It's so amazing how creative you are in preparing foods, it's a gift from God! It's all natural and healthy that almost all ingredients are readily available just around the corner of your land. It's wonderful that you have planted natural foods from fruit bearing trees to healthy vegetables. And the kitchen things are traditionally the healthy way like the clay cooking pots, ceramics, wooden spoons, glass jars. I have not seen you using plasticware, and that's very good.
