Would you like to see more videos showing the process of making stuff? How about more videos of my shop tools and how I use them? Comment below, and thanks for watching!

Yes would be very interested in more content like this. The sawmill stuff is good but showing more of your woodworking would be interesting as well.

Love this video and would welcome the chance to know more about your tools, workshop and methods of work in the shop. Even if you are showing tools like this which I will likely never have, it would be great to see how they are used so I can adapt and work with some of the tools I do have. For example, seeing this set my mind to wandering how I could combine my big router and my Shopsmith Mark V to do duplication work. It would not be computer controlled but I believe good work could still be done.

I know some would love to see that work on the mill, but I'd personally be keen to watch any tools reviews, especially if it's one you are using and was bought used

Would like to see projects from start to finish. Would you be able to make a stock for a rifle on this machine?
@southernindianasawmill136710 ай бұрын
YES! It is possible to make "most" of a gunstock on this machine. I think a true 4 axis is better for that, but it can be done with both of the CNC's in the shop right now.

Looks to me like you are pretty good at what you do. Would love to see more of your shop, tools, and equipment you have and use. Also the projects you have done or are in the process of doing. God Bless.

Are you just truking or still milling?

It's better described as a Machining Center and you've done well at restoring it. I used to work on similar models stemming from my Machine Shop days and for someone without the knowledge and experience, you've done an excellent job! Today's machines will TELL YOU what's wrong with it, many times before things go awry. The one you have only does what YOU TELL it to do. Troubleshooting can be a pain at times and repairs can be expensive, but it's worth it when the machine operates properly and correctly. I'm looking forward to seeing some of the projects you'll be doing on this beautiful tool. 👍

Wish I had you there to help me repair it! You are absolutely right about many newer machines compared to this one.

What software are you using to develop the models. Do you need a post processor to convert the design into g-code ?
@southernindianasawmill13672 ай бұрын
I use Rhino 7 currently to model and RhinoCam to run tooling paths and process G code. It is way more than I need, but it's what I bought years ago with my first CNC so I stick with it.
