We're obviously aware of and deeply concerned about the global pandemic, and are choosing carefully what to publish as forms of escapism and entertainment to help ease thoughts of anxiety, and provide an alternative from the news. We are obviously NOT encouraging anyone to travel now or discouraging social distancing. Have you ever visited these incredible beaches?

Because no Southeast Asian beaches were included, I'll add these 1) Mui Ne Sand dune, which is a huge swath of beach that forms a mini desert off the coast of Vietnam, 2) Naked Island in Siargao, Philippines, which is a sand bar in the middle of the ocean that go submerge during high tide and emerges as a beach during low tides, 3) the bioluminescent beach of Krabi, Thailand, which glows at night, 4) pink beach of Komodo island in Indonesia, with Komodo dragons roaming around, and 5) Pulau Kukup on Malaysia, which is the Southernmost tip of the Asian mainland!

Anakena beach, Easter Island is a pretty unique beach, with a row of Maoi on it, but Easter Island really isn't a beach going destination, its pretty windswept and never gets baking hot. Another unique beach would be Navagio beach, Zakynthos, Greece aka "shipwreck" beach.

Many beaches in Indonesia have three colored beaches, precisely in Malang, East Java. And there are many more but I can't mention them one by one. There are more than 17000 islands in Indonesia

Bengali beach in Portugal was a disappointment : it is very crowded and non-stop visited by tiny tourist group boats who approach it... we were in one of them and they didn't let us land on the beach. Maybe there is less people early in the morning but i don't know about tides. Anyway, there is a regular beach right next to this cave beach so you can swim over there from this one, which we did but be careful of the waves against the rocks, the kayak or paddles which goes in there too from the side... Apart from that it is a cool place but looked smaller in real than in some amazing pictures
