The COPART Project Triumph Tiger 1050 sport is COMPLETE

The project Triumph tiger 1050 sport was almost complete before a slight setback. i was just about to go out on a ride when the oil cooler split, so i removed the oil cooler and sent it off to be wielded back up. luckily they was able to repair the cooler so i fitted it back on.
I also got a set of HEED crash protection bars, so i fit them in this video as well just before i take her off for a MOT.

The brake fluctuation thing - remove the discs and clean the face on the wheel, and the mating face of the disc. It will likely get it all back in spec, before you bur new discs..

Don’t just top up the brake fluid, you’ll probably require new brake pads. When you just top it up you’ll have a bit of a mess when you push the pistons back.

That’s the strange part, pads don’t need changing they arnt worn at all. Maybe the caliper was removed at some point after accident so lost a bit of fluid perhaps 🤷🏻‍♂️.

@@DGMotorcycles well, get some semi off road tyres for the triumph? I have a Honda cb500x and got the Perrelli scorpian trails for it and it’s epic off road. Lots of byways around Essex 👍

I have the 1050 and would never go green laning on it,i use my 1979 xl 250 for that, no bash plate underneath for a starer .
