I just bought this case today and it is awesome I didn't get the one with the IQ link because I just don't want it. However I did waste some money buying the argb one instead of the non argb because I am using different argb fan kits in it and I don't need the ones that are installed in it. That said I don't care if I spent $20.00 more for this one as I have bought other cases in the past for much more and they were nowhere near as good as this one.

At around 10:00 you mention the lack of cable grommets. I think you're overlocking a few things. 1) there are many nooks and crannies mean to hide things like Link cables. 2) This case is designed to be multifunctional with its primary focus being the new BTF/Project Zero/Stealth (Asus/MSI/Gigabyte respectively). Imo its not fait to consider this a negative, or markdown, rather a point of praise where corsair had enough consideration to make the case compatible with more layouts than the primary aesthetic function it designed for. Just my 2 cents. Other than that great video thank you for doing a deep dive on the thermals, sincerely appreciate it!
@robeytech4 ай бұрын
The case has a dual purpose and there are cases that do both BTF and standard that have rubber grommets. I stand by our criticism and we did mention it was nitpicky :)
@josea.94754 ай бұрын
@@robeytech (That wasn't a BTF build. judging by the MSI board in the B-roll was a non project zero build, since we're being nitpicky lol) why be so condescending, I thought it was a great video I just felt that "nitpicky" portion could either have been left out completely, or presented as a heads up to those who may want to invest in this case but may not have the trendy new boards yet. I understand that y'all conceded it was nitpicky, however it doesn't feel fair to the engineers who designed this case with a particular use case in mind. I'm also well aware that there are other cases that can serve as BTF/Project Zero/Stealth compatible cases, and they are advertised as such. Meaning its an expected feature. The fact that Corsair didn't create a case that pigeon holed people into using only BTF/PZ/or Stealth builds should be recognized, instead of being overly critical.

Actually, temps for the GPU were still some of the best (top six of all the cases we tested) as well, so not sure the concerns tested out that way. From all the other reviews on this case, the build quality is not so good. Must be a Corsair sponsored video. Why hype up a cheaply made computer case?
@robeytech4 ай бұрын
This is not Corsair sponsored and we both built in the case live and we did the review and at no point did we feel like the case was cheaply made. We would say sponsored if the video was sponsored. We use almost every major case in our builds so not sure where they felt it was cheaply made.
