I only use beaded wrist rest, as hard ones hurt after a few hours at least for me anyways, and Allsop makes the best commercial one, but if you get the beads for bean bag chairs and cloth from some place like Hobby Lobby they are not hard to make to the size you want in whatever fabric color/pattern you want, also having a girlfriend who likes to sew as a hobby, and says I can make that is a plus lol!

My normal black K70 Rapidfire has rubber feet, its probably just a preproduction thing, since they only changed colors, not the housing etc, also you can buy the feet seperately and pop them in if it annoys you.

+Lucas Well my K95 Platinum has rubber pads on the corners, but to me feet are the two things you flip up in back to angle the keyboard. The feet (or standoffs or w/e they are called) on my K95 are not rubber, and in pictures the K70 Rapidfire looks to have the same ones. Angling up your keyboard is bad for you anyways so I don't really care.

Yeah I just got a K95 Platinum for Christmas, and while I love the keyboard I'm still trying to adjust to the sensitivity of the switches. Sometimes I'm resting on the keyboard and a key triggerssssssssssssssss unintentionally. I would've preferred normal MX red, but they only sell it in Speed and Brown.

Kyle, they don't use the empty space on the kaycap so that the light can shine through. In the k70 they don't light nearly as much because the led is mounted above the switch and it does not iluminate, directly at least, the bottom part of the keycap.

The reason the number keys have their characters and numbers on the same line is LED positioning. The K70 LUX put the symbols below the numbers and the lighting was uneven.

Corsair told me that since the Double Shot keys weren't available when the K95 Platinum was launched, they weren't included in future sales. I bought the keys and they are worth the $50 price. So, if this keyboard comes with them that is awesome. I wish the base was all white as well

Kyle, this keyboard is almost identical to the Eagletec KG011. They just changed a few things but the keycaps and frame are the same. The eagletec keyboard can be found by other company names as well and they are just cheaper mechanical RGB keyboards. Take a look at a picture of one of those and you'll see what I mean. I got one for Christmas and it has Outemu switches and I do quite enjoy it a lot. For $50 it's a steal.

I have the black version of this keyboard, and whilst nice, it does have a habit that if you type too fast occasionally some of the caps come off the keys. Not ideal to then have to say put your delete cap back on its button whilst anywhere given what the 'delete' key does!

Weird thing is, I bought one from best buy today and I was wondering the whole day. My friend even told me it was a fake and best bug tried to scam me. Later on, I found this to be a quite rare keyboard. I like it more than the black version because it looks better and the rgb comes out great!

I'm guessing this keyboard is actually double shot ABS, not PBT. The properties of PBT are such that the double shot manufacturing process does not work. I think maybe one company has tried experimenting with it / found some measurable success, but generally, it is not cost effective to implement when dye sublimation does the trick just as well.
