As a Doctor I believe it would be so meaningful and indulging to have a dermatologist as a guest on the show, so she/he/they could talk a little bit about topics related to skin, hair and nails. Love the show and the vibe, so fresh 💖✨🌿

Hi Joan, just a piece of advice, your voice is a bit up and down because I think the mic is too far away from your mouth. I think it would be better to put the mic closer so your volume will be stable. Love this episode!

For my budget girlies, boys, and non-binary people, if you have dry skin and can’t afford a sleeping mask, I use the Cerave Healing Ointment, it has Ceramides, Hyaluronic Acid, and obviously Petrolatum, I personally use it after my moisturizer on my forehead and smile lines or cheeks, and wake up with hydrated skin the next morning. If you have acne prone skin, maybe try it with caution though. And for my sensitive skin people, I like the Vanicream face wash. It’s pretty simple, but does the trick, and I actually feel like it washes my face without stripping it. ☺️ Also, loving the vibes on the show. 💚

My OG go to affordable moisturizer is the Olay Active Hydrating Beauty Fluid Lotion 🧴. I would highly recommend this moisturizer to anyone. I’ve been using it since I was in elementary school (I’m 23 now). I began using it because it is also my mom’s go to moisturizer. My skin eats this stuff up. It’s does not leave a greasy texture behind plus it doesn’t smell. Whenever I use this moisturizer I think of my mom because she always smelt like this moisturizer.

Of the products I use, the one that I think is most useful is cosrx BHA. I have dry skin so I don't break out much, but when I do I use the BHA before bed and everything is so much better in the morning.

My favourite brand is so cheap (I'm French and live in France) and I found a great French ethical brand and its cheap. Like a prebiotic serum and day cream it's less than 15€ each the best since we have to wear mask all the time (the brand called "pulpe de vie") its organic, and they use fruits that were about to go to waste so ethical. I can't live without it, my skin is so smooth since I started using it. So I stopped using expensive stuff.

I only shop at olive young and I am a VVIP therr hahaha I have never used high end brand products ie SKII cos im not sure how effective they will be or if my skin will react to it negatively and it became a waste of money😢
