cotton soil huwa na challenge ...but the biggest one is always labour..wakifanya kazi pole..pole..inapanda...i came up with a fundi to just Jenga 100ft...kazi safi..

I'm also building my Parents a two bedroom house with a store, Foundation alone with the clearing, and the trenches costed me around 215k. Upto that point I used two lorries of ballast, two lorries of sand, 450 feet of foundation stones, 35 bags of cement, two weeks of labor costing me at least 5500 ksh a day,sio mchezo.

Kupandisha ukuta is cheapest considering you can do calculations depending on number of courses. Its great to see you were able to save. I remember my foundation iliniramba 400k+

yea u want to have proof.. so as i said in my first video i am building on a budget and cutting costs in all ways.. please check the first 2 videos.. also i dug the trenches 3 feet deep and nikafikia murram.. i know it may not be as strong as you wish but that's the truth. chuma nlibuy nyumba ilibomolewa.. is it soo bad to get a good deal and been resourseful Quarry waste 7 tonne lorry is 4k and nlimix mawe nusu na waste nusu. yea its true nachocha watu but i can proof it you may not like its not your cup of tea then...
