I have already seen very nice houses on this channel. But this house doesn't feel homely to me. Too many doors, too much wasted corridor space. The furnishings of some rooms look like a rented apartment, with unfavorable room layouts that the tenant tries to make the best of. Trying something new is always worth a try. But this time, it didn't work out for me.

Good luck heating and cooling that second story monstrosity and lugging groceries up and down the stairs won't get old at all ! 😂🤣😂 No tub or shower on second floor either, which is the main living area .... and what is that door into the chimney in the car port for ? 😂🤣😂 Another bizarre offering from Cozy Woodnest, what the hell kind of drugs are you guys on ? 😂

Cette maison est la copie conforme d’une autre, sauf que celle-ci est jaune et blanc, tandis que la première aperçue est aqua et blanc. Une seule fenêtre dans la chambre du bas, me semblerait suffisante. Dans la chambre du bas il y a deux gardes-robes pour femme et homme…Tandis que dans la chambre du haut, même s’il y a une explosion de portes, je n’y ai pas aperçu de garde-robe. Cette maison ne peut pas être pour un couple de retraités puisque je ne vois pas de personnes d’un certain âge, ou encore de la visite qui soit assise sur des tabourets (?) dans la petite cuisine…Ce serait donc davantage pour un jeune ménage. (10 janvier 2025)

Charming from outside, but not practical at all. Carport is wasted, if a living room, could have fireplace to left. 2 fireplaces for LG. chimney. Too many doorways and wasted space! I have heard of reverse floor plan. Who wants to carry everything upstairs! Carry laundry downstairs Go back to the drawing board. I have to say, it was a grand entrance to home...but failed after that!.
