That was an interesting video; thank you. I use to be a Christian. I plan to study Islam and I stumbled across this video. I am an electrical engineering graduate student with a passion for biology and cosmology. I find that Darwin's dangerous idea (evolution by natural selection) has caused me to give up my faith. From less complicated things emerge things of greater complexity. Can someone please comment on how they know God is speaking to them? Why are there so many religions in this world? Why doesn't god make it clear which is correct? How do we decide? Thank you.

The QURAN is the word of God. It is sent to human, that"s where God is speaking to you. What the proof? It is the Quran itself. The Quran is so powerful and so sophisticated it can not be the word of man. The Quran continuously challenges mankind asks you to think and use your mind and examine it"s verses. The Quran is also full of miracles. God wants us to search for him, and wants us to ask for his help for guidance. The answer to your question why there are many religions? It is because the hands of man interfered withe message of God. There was always one religion, but the rulers and leaders throughout the history have always saw the religion as a threat to their power and wealth, and interfered because it liberates the people and provides the with the proper way of life. Plus not all people are wise and seeking the truth,. Many people got used to live the way they want to live, cheat, kill, steal, to get rich, and rape and enslave, itc.... They don"t want religion to restrict their bad conduct and evil nature. God can make all people to be on one religion, but God created this life to test man if he believe and obey him, and if he will do good or bad, and God provided man with a brain to distinguish between the bad and the good, and between the truth and the false. Its God"s will , who can dictate to him what he should do or not do, otherwise he will not be God..

AWW,forgive for my mistakes here. I get highly curious about the china hadeith. For many years i have heard the china hadeith circulating the internet and all. I just wasn't quiet sure that hadieth was the hadieth of our Prophet Muhammad(SAW). Then when i took a class which is probably equivalent to first graders class, i learned that there were hundreds of thousands of fabricated ahadieths; among them was the china ahadieth. Back then, which is roughly about a month ago now, i thought 'huh...i knew it. Can someone please provide me the authenticity of the ahadeith? Jazakahllah

I'm afraid you may have missed the message he was trying to send. He made no claims that looking at it the other way was correct, just that it is arrogant to assume complete understanding from what we do know. Even if you aren't religious, science is built on skepticism. Most of what is presented as "true" is closer to "the most accurate working model based on what we understand so far." The implications of those statements are vastly different.
