I need to read this book. I think that we can wire our conclusions by our beliefs. If you are completely okay with being disliked or not accepted, for example, then I think that confidence will attract you to people who are more apt to support you in life! But those who fear being disliked the most, tend to be the ones following the crowd, and the most vulnerable to the changes of the world!

Practice what I preach is one of my biggest coaching mottos. I feel like there's no way that I can ask the kids I coach to do something that I haven't done or that I am currently doing. I can tell them to be on time if I'm always late. I can't tell them to work out and get in shape if I'm sitting around eating chips and cake. That's always been my mentality. At the end of the day it just wouldn't sit well with me.

Great video. But I wonder if you have not forgotten the most important concept from this book. (in my opinion) That everything we do, our personality, likes and dislikes is determined by the goal we have for ourselves. Example: We are afraid to be disliked (fear) So we don't want to go out and interact (Goal) We say to ourselves we are antisocial/don't like people/dislike small talk etc etc..
