It's been a crazy day competing at Nathan's, and although I was disappointed in my performance, it was a huge privilege to represent Great Britain at the table and perform competitively. Thanks to everyone that came out to support and all those who sent me little pep-talks and words of kindness after watching the contest today. In the meantime, I hope you enjoyed this video. Thanks for another great video of you and Mrs. Beard. I want to thank you for the fun and good-naturedness you bring. You just seem like a sweet, good dude, and I hope all the challenges and crazy eating doesn't truly hurt you in the long run. I love all of the different types of videos you make, and also when you have guests, and especially when Mrs. Beard appears too. I am still giggling at that huge Elvis one you ate that Mrs. Beard made for you (and how she taunted you). Anyway, thanks again for bringing some sunshine in my life. I had been diagnosed with some serious medial issues that aren't going away but are somewhat manageable for now, and so it is a great comfort to see you eat some of the food I miss so much. I wouldn't want 15 patties, of course, but I would give quite a bit for a burger or pizza or sub or hotdog or all of the crazy things you eat (the McDonald's challenge was particularly hilarious, especially at the order window drive-thru!). Take care and be well and keep on crushing that food!!!!!!!

So unhealthy and even dangerous to eat only 700/800 calories in a day. That's anorexia territory. I would suggest walking for two hours a day. That burns 1000 calories and it's easy on the knees. You can maintain a regular 2800 calorie diet and still do eating challenges as long as you burn enough calories, not depriving yourself
