I'd say the 90'st night ever was my Nikelodeon funded, extream sports themed birthday party at Hard rock cafe where myself, Kurt Cobain, Bill Clinton, Macauley Culkin, Tupac and a Jurrasic park T shirt watched Pauly Shore movies while drinking Sunny D and playing with Gak.

The Craft: the movie that inspired a kinda-weak Lisa-centered Simpsons episode a decade later, a Steve-focused American Dad! episode a few years ago, and a Venture Brothers joke (because of course they'd do that). Interesting symmetry here: Fairuza Balk begins "Return to Oz" in a mental hospital, and ends this movie in another one.

In the realm of Useless Trivia, 1996 was part of a three or four year El Nino extravaganza that resulted in some of California's wettest years on record (with the 1997 Pacific Hurricane Season - July into December - being the height of the cycle). After Chris fell out of that window he ended up hating women, moved to another small town, befriended a weird outcast, & convinced him to go on a killing spree with him where they both commit murders wearing a ghostface mask.

The Berenstain Bears joke is especially funny because Jan and Stan Berenstain were apparently pretty devout Christians while they were alive

Same. It’s super 90’s, super fun, and has some pretty effective scares.

@@stefanfilipovits21 other than just HOW 90's it is the only real like. "flaw" I noticed last time I watched it is there's 1 scene with the girl from scream dressed sexy before she gets the scars removed.

I loooove this movie so much, yeah it's the 90's testament for pop culture, cheese, a girl's clique movie with witchcraft (that's depicted actually very realistic) but I just love this, as well as Jawbreaker, which is a lot worse than this, but it's entertaining

You should review The Covenant. How can you not when it has lines like, "I'm gonna make you my weeotch."

I find the New Craft Trailer for The Craft Legacy makes their main characters look like even more X men / X People characters only.

Well, the early 90's started out okay with some potential. It wasn't until the DARK days of Dimension and Miramax milktoast, studio-meddling "horror" that ruined everything for quite a while. Another thing to hate Harvey Weinstein for.
