Beautiful Dolores O'RIORDAN, I love this song, " "The Animal Instinct" probably one of my top-10 favorites, I don't know why, I guess it touches something in my heart when I hear it, I don't know what the song is all about, but I love it, I like the catchy riffs on the guitar and bass, and I love Dolores doing her thing, this song brings memories of some of the struggles some of us go thru in this life"

Ode to my family at 9 minutes and Linger right after are two of the best I have saw of her being at the top of her game. Beauty and a fantastic voice. Happier times. I just wish she would of got the help she needed around 2014 before her life just fell apart. So sad

She didn't commit suicide, it was an accidental overdose.
@anodyne573 жыл бұрын
@@thefallenknight1159 Yes, but sadly this is an old story...the truth is that heavy, frequent use of alcohol and pain-killing drugs "to help me get to sleep" inevitably increases the odds of an overdose, particularly when a person discovers that no matter how much they take (of the deadening agents) it never quite helps solve their problems nor kill the pain of their lives. It can easily be interpreted as a sort of gradual unconscious suicide-a Russian roulette, so to speak...via chemical substances rather than a revolver.

A 1994 my daughter my wife and went to the Cranberries live in concert. My daughter was 16 years old and she just wanted my wife and I to go with her which we found out rather unusual because she would always invite a friend or two. I liked the song zombie that's the only one that I knew at the time she bought a couple of their CDs as she often did. She was an honor student already a junior at the age of 16. So after lunch in school she would go downtown to work at a law firm. Because having a high IQ and a vast vocabulary her teachers and her counselor talked her into working there from 12 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Obviously she was completely bored. She was just like me too many interest not easily amused but very kind and giving and understanding of The Human Condition.. she was very beautiful long auburn hair skin like porcelain all the senior boys liked her Etc she was not interested in them thank God LOL. She called me one day in my office and said dad tomorrow I'm taking the day off from work I've already gotten permission I like to come and have lunch with you and spend the afternoon in your office do my homework we could talk about so many different things. When she got her first paycheck she bought me a small CD player. That's the kind of daughter I had. She didn't need the money. We were very upper-middle-class. My wife and I were not about money or keeping up with the Joneses we were very frugal Etc. We bought a four-bedroom house when my wife got pregnant hoping to have more children. When my wife first got pregnant she miscarried at 4 months it was a boy. She was heartbroken and so was I. We were both in the medical field. I was in operating room manager. My wife worked in administration at another hospital. My daughter wasn't really interested in going into the medical field neither was I I went to it by default that's another story. My wife has an IQ of 141 and I have an IQ of 138 just like my daughter. I know this is a long text but I wanted to share with you my daughter's background. When we were at the cranberry concert a lot of kids kept looking at us and I thought it was mostly because my daughter was so beautiful and we were with her. I remember one kid tell my daughter you have such cool parents they actually came with you to the cranberries concert. My daughter said yeah my dad's going to go with me to see The Smashing Pumpkins when they come next year. When Delores started singing Ode to my family my daughter stood up and put her arms around my my wife and myself she was in the middle. Once I listen to the song both my wife and I got teary-eyed. That's the kind of daughter we had. my wife's obstetrician advised us not to have any more children for fear that she might bleed to death during pregnancy. They still considered high risk. We felt somewhat sad but my daughter made up for five children. Unfortunately my daughter inherited my DNA she died at the age of 31 of an Auto immune disease. She was in intensive care unit at the Mayo hospital for 13 grueling painful days. They say that ignorance can be bless I knew too much of a medical background to realize that she was not going to survive once I read her medical chart Etc. I share that information with my daughter's father-in-law we went up two more floors to speak in the waiting room in private. He wept bitterly. He was my best friend as well as my daughter's father-in-law. They loved her deeply. My daughter's husband was the son we never had Tall Blond green blue eyes very handsome very kind modest very intelligent at a beautiful singing voice just like my daughter. We love him deeply still. when my daughter was 18 years old he called me on the telephone to ask permission to speak to my daughter on the phone. He lived in the neighborhood I knew his parents but not very well. they were highly educated as well and were in sales. His older brother as well 6 foot 7 very blond happy very intelligent. My son-in-law's brother one time sad I wish they had another daughter I'd marry her. And my son-in-law said no I don't think so there's only one I won't mention her name it meant to say there's only one his wife our daughter. Tragedy can strike anyone at any given time life is so precious and fragile. The last two years of my daughter's life I retired early so I could be with her we were fine financially and I was not doing well physically I went on disability. they moved in with us because she could no longer work. We had plenty of room. We got along perfectly went to vacations together even with my daughter's in-laws Etc. The last six months of her life where very debilitating my daughter was basically bedridden. could only travel in a wheelchair. I thank God for giving me those two years with my daughter I thought I knew her very well we became even closer. my wife and my daughter had a very special relationship something I've never seen before and any of our friends because my wife is a very special lady. They were Kindred Spirits. Just like my daughter and her husband he deeply loved each other and cared for each other so deeply enjoy each other's company to such a beautiful extent. so please remember to always tell those you love that you love them and show them that you love them be happy enjoy life to the full. see you always have those special memories in the years to follow. Because no one is immune two tragedy and death. Thank you for listening I apologize have you found the somewhat morbid or sad. To this day after 9 years my daughter's husband still Grieves her. He still keeps in contact he remarried 5 years ago but he can't let go. It's heartbreaking. thank you for listening from the bottom of my heart. Arnold. Bourbon Amaral. Please excuse my typos I use the microphone when I make a comment do to my autoimmune disease I'll be okay. I'm not nearly as. ILL as my daughter was. Another Day In The Life With The Cranberries and Dolores o'riordan. We are Jehovah's Witnesses we have a strong faith and God has guaranteed us that we will see our daughter again. One thing God cannot do is LIE . Is word the Bible says that that God cannot lie. if you have any questions about life or death family life the truth about religion go to jw.org it will answer all your questions that you have about anything from the Bible not man's word but God's word and God has a name his name is Jehovah Jehovah means he causes to become in other words the Creator. the world is really an ugly place man cannot repair it only God can Jehovah. ask that question when you go on the website at jw.org and it will be answered from the Bible. You can see your loved ones again and that have passed away and death. And live forever on the Earth that is God's purpose. The Earth is not at fault. In the Bible it says that God will bring to ruin those ruining the Earth. there is so many scriptures that will support that very fact. Thank you again.
