The thing about Gohan being son of Yamcha theory is really simple to explain. He was the only child with no friends at his age. He was raised in such a harmful way I think it's a miracle he was able to socialize normally when he was in his High School years. AND Due to that, he wanted to become his own person...with his own style. Who was considered the best looking one in the team who he knew? Yamcha. That guy is the only one who ever changes his looks because he's the only one that cares...well. Krillin did grew his hair back but that's outside the point. So yeah. Yamcha was his style mentor.

Before Battle Of Gods came out, there were rumors saying that the design of the super saiyan god was going to be a gold SSJ4. Only in Super is the "Beerus told Frieza to kill the saiyans" true as in the Cooler movie, it was Zarbon that suggested it to Frieza, which makes more sense. Tarble was written out of continuity when they started Super, and I don't recall him being mentioned in DBS Broly. "Filler episode"? No, Chad was on the TV during the episode when Bulma showed Goku how the capsules further worked with having a whole ass house appear.

Gohan wouldn’t be have PTSD from Cell. He killed Cell, that’s immediate closure. 😌 I don’t buy into it, the whole PTSD thing. But if we’re being objective, it makes sense he’d had it from the Ginyu Force! Think about it: His dad was the strongest man on the planet, only ever having to stay ahead of Piccolo. Sayain Saga rolls around, his dad wrecks Nappa. Of course he does, he’s dad! Goku tells Gohan to leave. Gohan comes back, Goku is crushed and useless by giant monkey Vegeta. Vegeta gets his tail cut off, takes a spirit bomb, and is still fighting. He left after getting smashed under monkey Gohan, so to Gohan, he blacked out and Vegeta was gone when he woke up. But Vegeta literally crushed his dad, the strongest man Goan knew. When they went to Nakem, Vegeta was some kind of boogeyman, they avoided him as best they could and just felt him clashing with Freeza forces and killing them off, feeling his Ki meet others, and those ki disappearing as he wiped them out. Then the Ginyu force shows up, and Gohan watches his boogeyman tremble and be beaten into the ground. Watches him give everything the had and get absolutely trounced. By one guy, out of 5. Or four, if you don’t count Guldo. And no one does. Also, take into account he’s still like 5? 6? I know that 11-12 isn’t that much older, but it’s further out of the formative years. Ginyu force came at a time he was much more susceptible to trauma.
