The spaghetti is sweet because they use Banana ketchup instead of tomato sauce. I went to the Philippines about 10 years ago and also went to a McDonalds.

Mc Do stands for MC Donalds 😂, it’s a short way of saying MC Donalds in France and most French speaking countries, so i assume they do the same in the Philippines. We say “on va au MC Do?” i.e. “are we going to MC Donalds?”, just a cultural difference between US and other countries really.
