I only wish Tim was not stone walled by Billy and Walter from the start and had immediately filed a civil suit against Twin Galaxies 16 years ago. I would have loved the chance to represent Tim in a civil court over the matter. Considering Tim's evidence and what Twin Galaxies allowed to be presented via a so-called "documentary film", I would have easily shoved the matter right down Walter Day, Billy Mitchell and their lawyers throat so far they would have shit docket numbers! I would not have need the aid of some "slip n' fall" bungler lawyer like "The Mighty Mr. Tash" to do this either. The Old Twin Galaxies was directly responsible as it was they who supplied the film makers the content in which to work with. The film makers could not have made the film if not for the collusion and gross corruption of the old Twin Galaxies to begin with.

2:03 Billys initial 1982 world record stood for 18 years until it was beat by Tim Sczerby in August of 2000.

5:37 Tim Sczerby, the player who is documented as the first to break Billy Mitchells 1982 arcade world record, stated 15 years ago that Billy's taped submissions never should have been accepted to begin with because they were a direct feed with no sound which was contrary to what Tim was told. Tim was told that a valid video submission required the player to be seen playing the game with a pan shot of the surrounding area after completion. Under these requirements, Billy's games never should have been accepted.

At this point I am convinced Billy simply loves attention. If he HAS to create drama to get more attention he will do so.

3:18 "Slightly modified"? Steve didn't even use an original 1981 Donkey Kong PCB and the one he did use contained an aftermarket hack to boot.

6:04 No, that's not the reason. Your reasoning is faulty at best. Tim Sczerby' was the first competitor to enter the scene and was documented beating Billy's 1982 world record in August of 2000. Tim beat Billy's 1982 arcade world record a full three years before Steve Weibes first valid submission. Tims score stood as the #1 world record on the Twin Galaxies scoreboard for a full three years predating Steve Webie.

6:15 No, wrong again. Tim's score was not listed as the Twin Galaxies world record in 2000 only because Billy's games were latter disqualified as you implied. Tim's world record score was set in August of 2000, predates Steve, and was the first documented score to beat Billy's 1982 arcade world record, NOT Steve as deceptively and fraudulently depicted in the so-called "documentary" featuring the very same subject matter. Tim was also the reigning world record holder on the title when Steve entered the competition, NOT Billy Mitchell. Steve never beat Billy's 1982 arcade world record, again Tim did and this was known by Twin Galaxies prior to filming the so-called "documentary". Billy Mitchell did cheat when he colluded with Steve's fraudster filmmaker friends and helped cover and defame Tim from his achievement and rightful placement in the documented chronology of events. Billy Mitchell should never have been featured in the so-called "documentary" as the undefeated world record holder on the title, Tim should have. Again Billy Mitchell was not the Twin Galaxies world record holder at the time Steve entered and Billy never should have been featured as such in a so-called "documentary film" concerning the same subject matter in the first place. Karl Jobst would not be an "absolute legend", but an "absolute fool" not to cite this matter at trial. That ..."absolute bungler"... Mr. Tashroudian ignored the root of the matter and instead flushed what was an easy slam-dunk case for Twin Galaxies down the crapper chasing after stupid shit like what color a joystick might have been, disappearing plaques and complex MAME analysis that was absolutely worthless due to the high nature of plausable deniability. An actual "computer scientist" confirmed that dirty VCR heads could coincidentally cause the same MAME like anomalies rendering years of MAME research absolutely worthless as evidence that Billy cheated.

An actual "computer scientist" determined that dirty VCR heads could cause the very same MAME like anomalies!😄 Years of MAME research rendered absolutely useless against Billy because "dirty VCR heads" could cause the very same MAME like appearance as confirmed by an actual computer scientist.

Wow, honestly, I had no idea. I'd love to speak with you some more and get the full story, as well as publish it for a video telling it, if you'd like? My e-mail is daemongamingtv at gmail (it's listed on my About/Description section of my channel page). Please help me understand the situation properly; Tim Sczerby was always one of the more impressive scores that I heard *nothing* about, and it seemed a dang shame -- I want to learn!

@@krakenmahboy You mean to tell me you watched a ...."documentary film".... featuring the early beginnings of the competitive Donkey Kong subject matter and you never learned who actually beat Billy Mitchells 1982 world record or who was the actual Twin Galaxies record holder on the same title was when Steve entered? A "documentary film" can't possibly get any more worthless than this. Just think, you watched a so-called "documentary film" and actually learned NOTHING! How does it feel? Very sad when one watches a "documentary film" and learns NOTHING about the reality of the featured subject material. This is why I can so easily poke holes in your presentation. You watched what is in reality a fictional film deceptively marketed as a documentary. I on the other hand know better.

@@krakenmahboy I will relay your information, however you will be contacted by people and told not to speak to Tim regarding the true history behind the fraudulent documentary known as "The King of Kong". Do not listen to these people as they have no idea what they are talking about. They watch that bullshit documentary and think its real. I will relay your inquiry and possibly, you may be able to converse with the the original King of Kong himself and I'm not referring to Steve or Billy, the two play pretend "movie actors" featured in what amounts to a fictional film.

I'm not sure Tim would be interested to speak on the matter anymore, however if you can get Steve Webie or Billy Mitchell to do a three way pod cast with Tim, I can, with 100% absolute certainty, with out fail, guarantee I can get Tim up for that one. Tim has much to discuss with them and it does not concern stupid shit like red joysticks, disappearing plaques or worthless MAME analysis either. I know Billy Mitchell would probably turn down such a pod cast as Billy is too busy with his current lawsuit rip-off scam he's perpetrating in Australia.

Hey, I appreciate that you took the time to enlighten me. I really had no idea about Tim's story because of the way it was presented to me; I wasn't even born when DK came out. I did some research, learned a lot, and I don't blame him for not wanting to talk about it. I'll be honest, I don't think Billy or Steve really have any interest in talking to me about it, either. For what it's worth, if Tim should ever change his mind about a one-on-one talk with me, my door is open; I think it's a story worth telling.
