I am a short guy too. 5’5 (0.8 cm less than that to be honest) and sometimes it hurts as I am a chemistry professor and always around students and new people.. but I also have attributes like decent looks , healthy mind and decent physique which I have built in natural in 11 years now and thus I M proud about what I have and who I am .. thanks for bringing such content.. highly appreciated .. motivation in right way even for competition is needed .. if this was so easy, why will people like Sachin Tendulkar, Aamir khan (they are my height only) , Salman khan (even in 5’6 , he is among the most handsome men of Asia) , Albert Einstein (5’7) , Abdul kalam (5’5) , Mahatma Gandhi (5’4) won’t opted for such stuff ?? As per me, these stupid inferiority complex is not worthy at all..!! so how you approach your life matters and not these things which are literally not in your hand.. Im 5 ft 5. And also had weight issues throughout my youth. I knew I had to do something about my obesity but height was never an issue to me until I met my mother in law. She was always nasty with her 'harmless jokes' despite the fact that she is 5ft herself. She has a napoleon complex always bullied me with jokes about height and weight. I always have known I can never do something to increase my actual height. But I always knew what I can do about my fat levels my health my posture and my confidence. So i radically changed my lifestyle. I eat very healthy as I startes to drop the fat I started to become more confident and went to the gym more. My mother in law not only noticed that i started to look younger slimmer but also started to noticed that my confidence started to make me happy and fearless. But she never compliments me. She just used to look at me and used to tell my wife in private that I'm looking so slim. What bothers her is that i eat differently from her so she couldnt cater her usual unhealthy nonsense to me anymore. I also started to become colder to her. I hardly speak to her because i feel she is so superficial and only started being nice to me after i became slimmer and confident. Now she looks at me always. Her eyes begging for my approval. But I cant stand her. And the irony is. She has gone really fat now and looks like she may have shrunk due to bad health. I actually feel sorry for her. I hope she gets well soon..

Finally in 2021 I shaved my head and decided to stay shaved further maybe grow my hair again sometime if i feel like to... let's see. This video made me tear up twice. First while thinking about a guy from our gym, he was probably around 5' and used to sometimes take workout advices from me, he was one of the thinnest guy I've ever seen so he wanted to supplement the height with muscle, he was making improvements. And being a couple years older than me he used to do some side jobs but the last time we've meet which was about 4 years ago he said he didn't renew his membership as there were some trouble in his life. I was in a real hurry so I couldn't talk much but the sad part is I didn't even got to get his official name just the nick name. I think it's parents responsible to tell there children about everything they have gifted, give them confidence about the advantages they have are dreams for the others.
