The best horror game from my childhood was one that no longer exists back in 2017. In that game there was more games all titled around "The End Of The World" it was very fun for me since I really liked spooky games during that period. I since forgot what the series of games are called.

The game that comes to mind whenever I think of creepy roblox games is the one I played in ~2015. It was some bait&switch where you play a guy who has to get a new computer. He gets kidnapped (i think) and sent to some lab where he gets grinded up in a comically large meat grinder or something. I don't really remember much about it anymore, but for some reason it always stood out to me. I hope someone else recognises this silly little game.
