Just finished the case. This is crazy. Free now. Idk how I feel. Just so sorry to everyone else involved who lost their family member. But you’re right. He needed mental health resources earlier on and not have been an option. Sigh.

Wow, Jeff the character is so creepy! But what this boy has done is even creepier. Obviously he has some mental issues, at the very least. However, I still believe he knew exactly what he was doing. It breaks my heart for his father, imagine going through his pain. Love your videos so, so much! ❤ And bangs really suit you 😊

He shouldn't be free. Period. I'm always commenting on your videos from a Christian perspective. So I'm always thinking in the spiritual and the natural. While Jesus tells us to forgive as He forgives, and to turn the other cheek, etc, forgiving does not negate carrying out a punishment. They coexist. And in this case, I honestly think this boy (now free man) may be a little bit of a psychopath. He was said to be very smart from an early age. He was fascinated with murder. Not just death and true crime, but the act of murdering. So he was curious about how it would feel to do it. Combine that with the fact that his father gave in on everything, never backed up the step mom in punishment, made her the bad guy, even though she was the one raising him when his own mother left........I think his D.I.D claim was just an excuse for the real him when his control over himself lapsed.....a psychotic, spoiled, angsty teenage alter ego. I think he got mad because she took his phone. Period. He snapped. And all of his responses, reasonings, even the way he appealed his sentencing, it's all creepy. He is creepy. I don't think he's rehabilitated. I'm all for treatment when it's deemed appropriate and necessary. BUT, I don't think murderers should be automatically freed at 21 just because they were minors when they killed. If you can stab someone 62 times, take a break to drink water and observe your handiwork, and finish the job with a gun, you're old enough to be tried as an adult. Or, at the very least, be held in a psyche ward for 20 years. The fact that psychiatric treatment is needed, If they aren't tried in adult court, but juvenile court instead, then once they turn 21, they should be evaluated, moved to some kind of adult psychoatric prison facility, and detained until they are older. It should be a mandatory amount of time. Just out of respect for the life they took. Period. This guy is out here free with possibly another 60 years to live. That's absurd. He should be held until he's maybe 30, at least. It's just so disrespectful of the victims life.

Mental health was much needed especially him having the conversation with the girls about murder and how fascinating it was too them that definitely took a huge part too his obsession with that character being so that the character was also a killer or hurt people whatever the matter wa sit became an ideas built on as human beings once we have a group or even a person that agrees with what we are thinking and our likings even though knowing it’s wrong to the outside groups we go on about thinking well I have someone who agrees with me and this to his became a lean on he became obsessed w Jeff so much so he wanted to be just like him and thought he could be justified later on which obviously shouldn’t have work bc we are talking about another life being taken away

Hey Nicole, there is a case (it also happened in Ohio, too lol) that I recently heard about on an episode of the show killer kids. It’s called the Moody Massacre where the teenage son Scott killed his entire family, his girlfriend, and himself and shot his sister in the neck. She managed to survive but idk the entire story seems so sus to me from the way Scott died, other events that took place (he walked the 2 miles to his grandparents house to kill them? weird.), and the fact that his sister claimed to have seen someone with grey hair on the night of the murders. A lot of ppl think it was a police cover up but I would love to hear your thoughts on it! sorry for the long asf comment 😭😭

My thoughts exactly on this case is that he should have been trialed in adult court like if he wants to commit crimes especially Murder then he should have been trialed as an adult he committed an adult crime etc. This kid reminds me of the other kid that Nicole did a true crime story on already this is giving me Austin Hanoff case again..

wtf is an adult crime kids should be charged as kids and adults as adults but the punishment should always fit the crime no matter whether youre tried as a child or adult obviously children shouldn't get as long because they're children just Mt two cents I guess very weird topic tbh with kids that commit these crimes I get very conflicted
@micaylabozzell11 күн бұрын
@pandaasmr9333 Murder is a bonefied complete adult crime because if a child thinks that he or she can go out killing people then they should be trialed as adults not as kids.. Have you heard of the show Killer Kids where they go out killing people and they all were trialed as adults if you can do the crime you must serve the time
@pandaasmr933311 күн бұрын
@@micaylabozzell but it's not always as simple as that be nice if it was if he was an adult I'd completely agree but he wasn't I feel horrible that this happened to his family but is it fair to charge a mentally ill child as an adult with no mental instability

He didn't do anything specific... but I came to realize as did a lot of people, that he just puts people on the show to make money out of their agony. He doesn't really help people and he is constantly trying to sell his wife's products which has nothing to do with the show. It's very unprofessional.
