There’s definitely been union engagement with content creators on other sites but nothing major and there’s definitely no recognised union covering his workplace if his workplace is tiktok. Even if there was a tiktok union, what’s the workplace issue here? He could agitate with his union for changes to the platform but not to get legal advice about ‘defamation’ cause people are making fun of him. He’s a fantasist.
