The exterior is incredible, I love the combination of stained oak with the steel door frames and the wooden accents. I can't imagine it being anywhere in the urban area (my personal perception) but would be absolutely perfect for a rural country house. I don't generally like vaulted ceilings but that ceiling looks perfect, the wooden texture, the color, everything

I’m in love with this home and all the design choices inside and out. I’m from the US, so I’m only familiar with what I’ve seen in magazines and online, but the home really seems to have a European look and feel. I love all those magnificent olive trees! ❤️

OK, clearly there is something wrong with me because this is the first and only McGee and Co project that I haven't loved. Although, tbh, I think it may be the house itself, the shape of the building?? It seems a little sad, kind of flat. Having said that, I glimpsed the kitchen in the background and that looks awesome so I'm excited to come to love the whole project in the fullness of time!

There's something wrong with me too. I totally agree. Also inside, maybe I don't understand design, but something seems missing. Like a rug in the entry way? Love the console story though. And the bar, doesn't it look like it's stuffed in the corner. I'm trying to learn. Please help:)

I’m a BIG fan of studio McGee. But can we see some designs & Reno of a few lower budget & (300’s -400,000’s) smaller homes. These homes look so grand. We want to see some beautiful kitchens, bathrooms and decor and design of smaller homes for everyday people. I’m a new home buyer, and would love to see some more budget friendly attainable design ideas.

I think they dont really design smaller homes. Most of their work is for rich people with huge houses. Check out Tiffany Leigh. Her style is almost like Mcgee but on a smaller scale

Different designers design for different styles and architecture and price points. You have to find folks who match your budget. But I think you can still take some of their ideas and just seek out cheaper similar looking pieces and incorporate them in your space. :)

I love the house but there's something missing - the outside area and the living room are bare & lack personality. Perhaps it's the colour of the window frame on the inside ... The vintage trunk without curtains or some wall art looks out of place. The whole presentation was underwhelming😞
