I completely did not like this crew at the beginning of the season but absolutely fell in love with them as a whole by the end of the season.I'm sure these guys have made friendships that will last a lifetime.

Matt was disgusting and very disrespectful to Captain Sandy on the reunion. Even after Captain Sandy had gave him 3 chances he insults Captain Sandy and lied on her. Geesh!!!

@@frang4611 exactly! Lexi just brought out who Matt really is. They both should've been fired pronto! The crew is pretty biased for not calling out MATT for his disgusting behavior. When Matt started with LEXI all of the crew tried to avoid telling Captain Sandy the truth about the situation. But now Sandy got the brunt of who chef Matt really is! That is the fault of the crew!

Below deck franchise is killing it this season! They are giving the real housewives & VPR franchise a run for their money! This crew was amazing. This season below deck sailing yacht had the best crew ever. Hope below deck & captain lee can follow suit🤞🏽

Been watching these since the world fell apart last year, and some charters were better than others, but I have to say once this team got their s*** together, you could see the positive synergistic energy they had. Matt needs some more confidence in his ability, but overall I think they were a great team and one of the most enjoyable seasons to watch! And I can't be alone in thinking that not only is Katie absolutely adorable slash gorgeous, her work ethic, leadership and energy is simply next level. How she kept up in that last group is beyond me. Kudos to that Kiwi! And salut from Vancouver!

I was super impressed with the deck crew. They pulled together as a team and kicked butt the entire time. Malia did a great job leading them. Courtney was a joy! Coco was a mess but I loved her. 😂 Katie… I’m still on the fence about Katie. 🤔 Sandy… too. One minute I like her management style and the next I want to fire her. The rest I could do without seeing for the rest of my life….. (being a yacht chef for 15 years my a$$…) One great thing…. At least Sandy had no anchor issues this season!!! Can’t wait for BD next Monday!!!!

What I have noticed is that since Malia took over the Boson position the anchor has been behaving. I think we should launch an investigation to see if they paid off the anchor or if this is a coincidence. What do you think? 🧐

@@C-eo1rt You’re making alot of assumptions. I know exactly every position on a 60m charter yacht since I co-own one with my brother. Also, I’ve seen and studied every episode of BD, BDM and BDSY and understand how staged and produced the series is. I just think that maligning Malia and her abilities by saying she got off easy this season is a little far fetched. I’m no great supporter of hers since she played the “pretty female can’t get ahead” victim card on Bobby but she was on her toes and other than the accident with David she was a boss on deck. Her dockings are tight and guiding that boat through those dolphins was impressive. I’m aware of who’s she’s dated and have referred to her as “Julie” from the Love Boat many times. I just think that everything aside she should be given credit where credit is due. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I don’t think it’s all the serious that we should argue the point. BD starts soon and there’s more opportunities to armchair judge people.

I just didn't like how they all agreed Lexi was horrible(which I totally understand) but let Matt slide through the whole season & he even started first with Lexi her last night with the crew!! NOT ONE reported to Sandy how ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY HORRIBLE Matt was that season & to Lexi!!

I disagree. The last charter was very much a true yacht charter. I’ve never been on a charter where we went to bed at 10pm. We always stay up and late night snacks are provided. I honestly think it was edited for dramatic effect since they were short handed. In any case…. It looked pretty standard to me and they were tipped appropriately. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I've watched season 6 through 1/3 of episode 14 and it is evident that their is no leadership; managers but not leaders. The quitter chef should have been replaced. He was the devil the captain knew and she is happy with a devil yet had a replacement ready. A lot of foul-mouthed drunks is no way to work as a team.

Such an incredibly disparate and mean group of workers had not yet been brought together by production. They play the "friendly bunch" terribly. The worst season ever filmed. Who can get together there? That baby Mzee? Or the 2 gays Loyd and cook? Also is it interesting that captain in her 50s can not even mix salat or roast chicken and trow a steak on the pan in kitchen? She had the main responsibility . Also it is interesting that she suddenly does not bully the chief steward because of order or table setting as she did previous to Hannah. Captain Sandy is not even able to remember 3 sentences of the wedding ceremony and the read it from her iphone. That would resault of her AA?

Matt is not even low key crazy he effen CRAZY. THe leaders need to lead and not choose sides. KATIE is not the best at leading more like being a tattle tell instead of helping and or having a heart to heart with Lexi. Yes Lexi said hurtful things but yes there is a but. Imagine you being all hanged up on? Day in and day out. No one had her back no one. I feel if she had one or two people try to really be her friend we could have seen her grow and also cope with her dad having passed. Yes cool they had eachothers back but they did fo Lexi wrong! Also these people laughed at Lexi when she would lash out they also talked a lot of shit instead of pulling her aside and being genuine how she hurt them. But my opinion!
