It’s apparent that the deck crew are exhausted. Theyve done an excellent job up until now but their greenness is showing in their stamina. No shade… they’re all fantastic and I’d be proud to have any of them on my yacht. I’m curious where Lloyd ended up. I hope it’s with a good crew that supports him. I wish Hannah had been here though. The interior would have looked and functioned much differently I’m sure.

I agree about Hannah. But Sandy usually sacks 1 or 2 crew before the charters have ended. It's a pity this time Hannah was one of them. She did not deserve it.

In the reunion episode Hanna confronts her and malia had a HORRIBLE explanation for the timing of her reporting. In fact she kinda ran from the question. It was clearly a retaliation for not getting to bunk with her BF.

Don’t think Katie should have been able to decide on her own if another stew was needed. It affected more than just her team! If I was malia I would have said okay, then I’m having Delaney come back on “deck” and she can go in between both deck and stew.

Without a question there is a understaffed scenario going on. For the money that they charge people there should be a dedicated person who does nothing but the laundry 24/7 and help with delivering the meals . Don't know who decides on the size of the crew. Working the crew one hundred and ten percent and they still have to deal with the camera people in their face also.

Previous seasons fans were giving Sandy a hard time for "micromanaging" It was refreshing to see her step back & let everyone see what happens when she left decisions to her department heads. They each failed in one manner or another. Some, catastrophically Mat almost burned the ship down twice & himself once. (what cook, not "chef" doesn't know better than to pour water on a grease fire?) This crew was wild as hell & department heads were out of control with them.

2022, rewatching. The crew worked sooo very hard for these guests and the picnic..... Sandy was so worng to moan about the 'dark' fish, she knew how much Matthew would be crushed, just a stupid move. Sandy loses her rag WAY to quickly, (the sparklers causing the fire alarms - previous ep), here when David has that drunken hot tub fall and bruises his thigh - Sandy screams at her crew so loud - like a screaming child in a supermarket, simply loses it... This charter wonder if the make guests, 2 in particular are LGBTQ team players, the vibe is clearly there, hoping Lloyd finds his true self and always gets the respect

Knowing Mat's shallowness, he intentionally plated the dish intended for Sandy with subpar flesh being insolent & insubordinate because she dressed him down after hearing he said he was going to give Sandy an "ultimatum" Sandy told him, point blank, if you ever THINK about giving me an ultimatum, you can pack your bags & leave right now. Trouble was, not only had he thought about it, he voiced it threatening Lexi. To Sandy's face he tried to say he didn't mean it, but... Yeah, you did When Sandy dismissed him from the meeting, he ran away swiftly, tail between his legs. Unlesd y'all truly think Sandy getting ALL of the low quality fish (& no one else getting ANY) was a mere coincidence. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Captain Sandy has put up with a level of non professionalism for too long. She deserves better. This group are NOT professional at all. Too many screw ups. Too much interpersonal drama. Childish behavior and drunkenness. I wouldn't trust this group to tend a rowboat.

What a greedy crew, they figured they could get a bigger tip by getting rid of two of the stews. The chief stew got to work harder for it, not too smart to work that much harder for more bucks divided with all the crew. A conflict of interest and the captain should not have played the game with them.
