Fraser is the fittest man on earth!!
@stevangvozdenovic66687 жыл бұрын
nah he isn't, as from his 1RM bench I could easily conclude he couldn't follow my training routine(let's just say I'll do 3 sets x 10 reps of his 1RM), and there are MUCH fitter people than me, his running/swimming endurance certainly is somewhat better than mine since I'm ~70 pounds heavier but that couldn't compensate for difference in strength(it's not just bench press, it's basically anything that has to do with strength)
@stevangvozdenovic66687 жыл бұрын
prove what you weak moron? KZbin is full of people my size doing that so look it for yourself.
@stevangvozdenovic66687 жыл бұрын
my endurance is also better for any reasonable weight i.e. I'm quite sure i'll do more 100 kg bench reps than him, now if we go ridiculously low to, say, 40 kg then he might be better... the thing is I'm much stronger than him and only slightly less endurable if you think about running climbing etc. btw crossfit involves lot of skill for most of their exercises and skill is not the good measure of fitness, their valuation system is skewed, if you used different one then someone else would win etc. it has nothing to do with general fitness
@stevangvozdenovic66687 жыл бұрын
he beats me because he is 70 pounds lighter although judging by his times not by far as I'm running 10k in 50 odd minutes which is only couple of minutes slower than him, I'm bad swimmer and he's got me there but I'd put my money on bike run against him if there are no hills on the way and if it's not some crazy long distance like 200-300 miles or so, and yes on short distances I'm quite fast being it running or cycling...the thing is there is no universal criteria for fitness and until then noone can claim he is the fittest, that some bunch of people decided to call crossfit the best criteria is ridiculous
@byReZio7 жыл бұрын
Stevan Gvozdenovic Well although I don't agree 100% on the title "the fittest", I got to say that they didn't title it that way for no reason. The founder of crossfit made a complete analysis, study and definition of fitness. And he didn't make that by himself but with physicians and other experts. You can find it here: library.crossfit.com/free/pdf/CFJ-trial.pdf Then how can you say Fraser run 10k in a couple minutes faster than 50min? He ran a 7k trail run in 34min, which is less than 5min per km, TRAIL run. He would run 10k on flat road in way less than 50min. He has tremendous stamina and probably one of the highest pain tolerance ever, which is what makes him one of the best. You're maybe stronger, but you're not necessarily more powerful. Can you clean and jerk 375lbs? Snatch 315? Squat 500? You're saying he beats you because he's 70 pounds lighter. But that's your problem my man. If you were lighter, you would be probably more endurant, but also weaker!
