Jack’s personality reminds me of every tale of “the good brother vs the bad brother”. Jack is the bad brother that wants to take over because he believes that he’s much smarter and more capable than his brother, which always leads to disaster. Jack is going to make Danny’s mental state deteriorate more than it already has. Rya will be the only person that can help him take control of his mind and get rid of Jack for good.

You can't get rid of alters (the personalities are called alters nowadays). You can fuse alters to become one personality, and sometimes alters can go dormant, but you can't get rid of them or kill them. You can also learn to live with multiple alters with good communication between them, final fusion isn't the best option for everyone.

I’m right there with his sister! This episode was fantastic. And it kind of validated what I always suspected, that that poor kid had no friends whatsoever it’s really quite sad and of course there’s a whole abuse thing that I don’t even know if they really touched on that in the present just yet, but it was so bad that is mind simply broke apart! And, as always, amazing performances by the cast! ^..^ Tom Holland, having to play all those different characters he’s amazing !

I see now why Tom wants a small break from acting after this………. This must’ve been insane mentally for a young actor let alone a seasoned pro

⁠although Tom in an interview with sag aftra said his break had nothing to do with the show he just wanted to stay in London for awhile and sort out his life he made everyone laugh when he said he found he wasn’t paying his water bill for like 5 years

It the same as multiple personality disorder. Dissociative identity disorder ( DID ), formerly known as multiple personality disorder, and commonly referred to as split personality disorder or dissociative personality disorder, is a member of the family of dissociative disorders classified by the DSM-5, DSM-5-TR, ICD-10, ICD-11, and Merck Manual for diagnosis, so it's all the same, just during that time period they called it multiple personality disorder. I'm no doctor, just used my friend google.

It's a bit frustrating that the show uses dated terminology since it's set in the 70s. Multiple personality disorder is nowadays called Dissociative Identity disorder or DID, and the different personalities are called alters. I think it would be good if you could use the correct terminology in your videos. You can't actually kill alters or get rid of them, so I don't think Yitzak is dead, just dormant. The treatment for DID can in some cases mean fusing all of the alters in to one fused personality, that has the memories of all of them. You can also learn to live with multiple alters whitout full fusion, the correct course of action depends on the person. So yes, all of them are "real" in a sense, the are just pieces of dannys mind that got fractured in childhood. And once the brain learns to deal with trauma this way, it can continue to split off new alters later in life too when trauma happens.
