The symbolism of this song in this scene is just interesting and perfect. In reality, all she ever wanted was for him to tell her that she was doing good and that he needed her.

@@psycolen4117 i think that if we do get used to regular singing, it's a completely different technique to operatic singing and if she really did do it, i commend her. the singing sounds very sweet and musical.

Diana would have been a perfect actress or generally a show girl! She was born to exhibit in public and was considered a celebrity just being a princess. Imagine how loved and appreciated would have she been as a Hollywood star 👑

Yes, maybe it was schlocky and cringe worthy but it came from a place of love. She was such an innocent and he sneered at her for not having sophistication in her tastes.

Exactly even if she was a terrible singer, it's about the thought. She was singing a song about love and wanting to be together forever and by each other's side. Instead he just thought "shes a bad singer I don't want to be here"

If my wife did this, I'd think how lucky I am. He's sitting there thinking "oh god help me." Coward! Both him and Camilla! You had your shot to marry then and you blew it! Was Diana's life worth it Charles? Was it?! Makes me feel ashamed to share the same name with him.
