It's a centrifugal supercharger. Looks like a turbo, but it is powered by the engine through the drive belt/chain, rather than exhaust gases. It spins together with the engine and at the same speed.

This is the most "MURICAN" truck I've ever seen, 3000+ hp, over 10k ft-lbs of torque, 400 psi of boost and to top it off, this bad boy averages a solid 1 mile to the gallon. Beautiful.

The leftmost widget with the very long list of data is "Engine Thermal Debug". The smaller one beside it that I presume you're actually asking about is "Engine Debug". The dyno chart itself is "TorqueCurve v2", which as of 0.31.2 is still going by its internal name, "ui.apps.torquecurve-v2.name".
