I've never kitbashed before in my life. But Quar, I have been printing soooo many bits, I plan on making some really goofy Quar, but putting their guns on their backs so they can still 'count' as that type of Rhyfleman.

I know more of the factions are getting their own kits, but I do hope some of these extras like the packs and alt arms/heads make it to plastic. I'd settle for having to buy multiple kits just for the spare parts on them like Stargrave. Weird how everyone decides they need backpacks though, huh? I ended up giving mine Napoleonic backpacks just because it feels like there's meant to be something there...

The kind of kitbashing on the backpack really reminds me of the art of akihito tsukushi who is kind of a sucker for maximizing details like that on clothes and gear thought it was neat good coincidence. Also really love seeing when quar have food with them

One way to vary up your "packmule" kitbashes would be to have one bent over due to the weight, and another pitching backwards for the same reason. I figure with the right clipping and reposing of the legs, you could do something like that. If nothing else, you could have the guy falling backwards be walking up a slope via basing material.

Very happy with all the information about the "Quar world". I started collecting the metal figures years ago, but nobody seemed to be interested in them... Now with the plastic figures I can make a bigger army and with my 3D printer, more personalized. The truth is that nobody in my environment seems to know or be interested in the Quar, but hopefully, with the help of content creators like you, the interest in this game starts to spread around the world....

17:12 it's interesting you think of them as bedrolls, for my guys (TM) I thought the material looked like wood, so I painted them as wooden mini-barrels with metal bands and a lid. I decided they could have bedrolls in there, or blankets or maps, but I also use them as my head canon of where they keep the ammo belts for the Cryfen (Coft LMG) because they're mentioned to be fabric belts which sounds like just an absolute nightmare to keep clean. So I have AG's with several and my first ever "kit bash" where I took the breath taking deviation from instructions and glued one in someone's hand.

I wish i can youse the quar wars miniatures in warhammer 40k but in that faction to youse them the astra millitarum sounds like a the obvios choise as mutants conscripts because I know the astra millitarum youse mutant monstrosities as ogryns mutants slave levies and mutants calle the subs as foot soldiers nurgle and tzeentch armies will work to for obvios reasons as traitor guard the tau could be an good option too as tau auxiliaries my craziest option the ork blood axes because i know a blood axe warboss call bogrot who has humans and ogryns in his army so why not youse them as blood axes mercenary auxiliaries
