The value of this channel is amazing. If only our creepy healthcare industry would support doctors like this, who actually want to help heal people, as opposed to just $.

Ok i have to admit that following a Ketogenic lifestyle did not get rid of my skin tag, but consuming one keto meal per day did. This tells me that autophagy from fasting is a crucial element that is worth considering.
@OrbRider6 сағат бұрын
for how long?
@RobCLynch2 сағат бұрын
@OrbRider it took 4 to 6 weeks of doing two OMAD days per week. I would imagine prolonged fasting could speed things along

Hasn’t worked for me. I did 6 months keto-carnivore and got no results. I stayed on the diet longer than that but I have had some “cheat” meals when being social. As far as food, I’ve veered off almost none but wine is my weakness when having a nice meal and I’ve had about 2 glasses a month for the last few months

Sorry this is not true, low carb diet since forever, I don't like sugar but I've skin tags for years they are placed underarms and bra area and maybe it's genetics, my father had them and we had completely different eating habits the opposite in fact

The reason for diabetes is because pancreas slowly dies over the years. That is because we keep eating little by little for whole day. We eat 10 to 15 times a day. Pancreas has to flush insulin every time you eat. It is designed to secrete insulin only for 2 to 3 times a day. But today it secretes many times because the factory foods are always available. The overworked pancreas slowly dies. When 90% pancreas dies then we get prediabetic.

Oh! No, no, NO! Introduce bacteria to your blood, then feed them with sugar???? Even if a physician or NP chooses to remove them, they will sterilize the field, use sterile instruments and cover with sterile bandage. Jeekers!! Follow Dr Boz’ advice & lower your carbs instead
@joannaritchot323912 сағат бұрын
I do believe there is a genetic component to skin tags. I've had them since I was little and so did my mom and grandma. I've been keto for years and nope. Not falling off. While sometimes these videos can be helpful they are not the entire truth.
