Wow!! Have a look at the joyful ecstacy in Robert as he stands by guitar maestro Reeves Gabrels as he unleashes that stunning solo on A Night Like This, my fave live song of theirs. Its a perfect rock song, the structure, Robert's beautiful voice, and that solo. Reeves and Robert first met at rock lord and icon David Bowie's supernova NY 50th birthday bash in 97, where Robert was David's special guest and as a duet sang Quicksand. Reeves was in Bowie's band then, and Tin Machine prior, and was dazzling as Bowie's fiery guitarist in his legendary 96-97 shows. This is maybe the greatest solo from Reeves on this tour, Robert's joy having Reeves on guitar is lovely to see. Thanks a lot, i will enjoy this over and over.
