i love ronnie getting upset with a shirt and stopping a concert to talk about it and shortly afterword releasing a song calling out how easily people are offended nowadays and that people should have more fun
@PotawatomiThunderNew5 ай бұрын
Getting offended by someone wearing a shirt that is disparaging you specifically isn’t an unreasonable thing to get pissed at, it’s a scenario that other frontmen end up in and react the same way. Getting offended by the ridiculous shit people get offended by today is not at all comparable. I don’t enjoy the dude’s music, I’m not at all a fan of him, and I’m really not trying to defend him in comments, but come on now. Let’s not act like what he got offended by right there is in any way comparable to the type of offended that we know that song refers to. Especially when what he got offended by is something that plenty of people in his shoes have also been offended by.

I don't like how this video only touches on what Andy did wrong in their confrontation and doesn't mention in the slightest that Ronnie falsely accused Andy of being a pedophile multiple times on twitter, with his source being a case where the lead singer of makari was caught with an underage girl. Notably... Well before Andy joined Makari... He wasn't even on tour with them by then. It's not a he-said, he-said, it's just defamation. Besides that, I really enjoyed this video. The editing is so good, and the research and chronology is really well put together

It's exactly how it works. He was charged with possession and concealment of a deadly weapon, and then took a plea agreement for the lesser charge of battery. You can literally go look it up. The 2 charges you mentioned are unrelated to each other, unless you are driving recklessly with a child in the car. In that case, you could absolutely take a plea deal to drop one of the charges. What Ronnie doesn't understand, apparently, is that you don't have to actually hit someone to get charged with battery. He meant to suggest that he never physically hit anyone, which is true.

Ronnie has himself to blame to an extent because he’s always fighting with people and engaging with haters on social media. He can’t help himself. The issue I have tho is that there are certain people who keep accusing him of killing someone when he didn’t. Look at the actual court documents and you will see he didn’t actually kill anyone. Despite this he keeps having people constantly harassing him about his past and obscuring the truth about him. Like an idiot Radke keeps responding to everything. Dude should consider himself lucky. He’s one of the few singers from his era that isn’t a sexual predator or freak. He actually has a career where he’s actually blown up in popularity due to TikTok. So he’s actually reached the top of the mountain for his generation. He doesn’t need to keep engaging with the bs. Yet he does.

@@openyathirdeye6894 Cadott WI. They host a 2 separate festivals. One called rock fest, and one called country fest. Ronnie attended rock fest of course and played. He later complained on twitter or Facebook I can’t remember, that the accommodations were poor and he felt like a prisoner or some shit. He also got into an argument with the audience as well. During the whole social media rant on how much the people of Cadott suck and how much Rock fest sucks he got into an argument with this one guy named Caleb. Ronnie tried ratioing Caleb and made himself seem like a total asshole. I actually talked to Caleb myself and was like “Hell yeah man, thanks for stickin up for my shitty ass town” 🤣 I mean the town and the people do suck but, who tf is Ronnie to decide that.

I guess you didn't see the announcement yesterday? Since Ronnie called them out they come now up with improvements. He was speaking the truth when nobody was brave enough to do so. I read many comments of people who were at this Rock Fest and agreed with him. It was not Ronnies fault but the oranisations for putting up benches for the rows in front of the stage so nobody could move. This would kill the vibe of every rock show! But you are too much up your own ass to admit that he was actually right!@@cheesybiscuits2103

Ronnie thinking that he owns the concept of "gothic werewolf transformation operatic metal videos" like I guess he missed Within Temptation and Nightwish? Also, Ronnie getting upset about being canceled/offended and then going and reacting to someone on tiktok making a parody of Zombiefied and ALLEGEDLY threatening legal action if the video isn't removed is an interesting take. Sadly, the creator of the parody took their video down, but you can still find other musicians reacting and adding to it.

Another recent controversy from last year, Spiritbox is a metalcore band who was positioned to be one of the many openers for the Popular Monstour. After backlash from fans, Spiritbox chose to pull out of the tour. Not much really came from it, outside of FIR posting a photo with replacement Our Last Night with an overhead banner saying "Wish you were here, Spiritbox". Aside from that he occasionally just fires some strays at them on Twitter.

I can acknowledge his success, but after kicking I See Stars from that tour, I can't ever really look at him the same. Dude has always been pretty full of himself. I still went to that concert to see Enter Shikari, but he had a little "I'm human too!" moment during it when people cheered for I See Stars (knowing they weren't there). Other thing: Motionless in White has been doing movie stuff forever. The whole Creatures album is based on movies like the Crucible, Edward Scissorhands, and Dracula. His ego has always been pretty shit to watch, despite the first albums of both EtF and FiR being classics.
