At age 22 he had everything. figured out from the character to the storytelling to the presentation. WWE legends were looking at a high ceiling for the young stud. I had the pleasure of going to NXT Takeover New York in 2019, one of my all time favorite life experiences. I’d have to say that Velveteen Dream got THE biggest pop of the night, watching it on video doesn’t do it justice, he was insanely over with that crowd. A big reason why he got so over was because he was different than everyone else, the character of the Velveteen Dream could’ve been the biggest star in the company. If all these incidents hadn’t happened, I could see Dream being in the spot that LA Knight is in now. But he threw it all away. He is still young so hopefully he can turn things around in his personal life.

You’ve literally said it, when your up and successful everyone is your friend and all in your face, but as soon as your down and could actually use friends that are nowhere to be found smh just shows that none of these people were really his friends in the first place.

He needs to fix himself first and challenge his own demons. I believe he'll come back to the WWE if he can get over his problems
